How we work
How we manage delivery through our development partner
Properation Consultant Limited OÜ is the single point of contractual responsibility. This page explains how we specify work, supervise our development partner, verify progress every month, and hand over results.
Why a managed dedicated-team model
Building and running cloud and data systems needs a stable team of project management, system analysis, and engineering skills. Few clients can recruit and manage such a team across borders. We contract a dedicated team from an established development company and manage it on the client's behalf.
Our agreement with the development partner is aligned back-to-back with our commitments to the client: the same specifications, reporting, acceptance, and confidentiality obligations flow through to the partner, and final acceptance depends on the client's approval.
Contracts and payments
- 01
Client contract
The client signs a service agreement and Statement of Work (SOW) with Properation Consultant Limited OÜ.
- 02
Client invoicing
Properation invoices the client monthly or per agreed milestone, and each payment is matched to its invoice.
- 03
Partner agreement
Properation holds a written development agreement with its partner, which invoices us monthly for the man-days actually provided, supported by timesheets.
- 04
Payment channels
Payments are made by bank transfer through regulated financial institutions. We do not accept cash or anonymous payments.
Five-stage delivery framework
- Stage 1
System design
A System Design Specification (functions, data inputs, screens, outputs, reports, performance) is delivered within the agreed period and accepted in writing.
- Stage 2
Team set-up
A dedicated team of project manager, system analyst, and engineers is assigned, with named contacts on both sides.
- Stage 3
Development
Work proceeds in iterations, with a written status report every two weeks.
- Stage 4
Testing & acceptance
New versions are deployed to a testing environment, fully tested, and accepted by us and by the client.
- Stage 5
Release & training
Each release is delivered with documentation and remote training, followed by maintenance and enhancements.
